All meetings of the CFMP are open to the public. The Committee meets primarily on Monday nights at 6:00pm in Conference Room #3 of the Municipal Building. There is a remote option to attend through the Microsoft Teams application. The remote link to the meetings can be found on the Meeting Agenda (posted to the Town website), the Barre Town Recreation Facebook page and on Front Porch Forum. Meeting Agendas are posted to the website the Friday before each meeting. The next three meeting dates are:

Members of the public are encouraged to join and submit feedback. The Committee currently has a Public Survey open until May 5th. You may take the survey online by following this hyperlink: Public Survey You may also request a physical print out of the Public Survey at the Town Clerk's Office. If you print out the survey, found at the above link, or obtain a survey from the Clerk's Office, you may submit the survey to the Clerk's Office.

Each meeting of the CFMP Committee includes one Agenda item titled, "Receive Guests." During this Agenda item members of the public may provide feedback and share their thoughts with the Committee. Members and organizations of the Community with detailed presentations and speakers requiring additional time may request an item be added to a future Agenda. The Committee is eager to receive feedback from the community. Whether you use the Town Forest every day or you have never visited, we want to hear from you!
